CEDAR ALLEY

Vacation and Executive Rental

Located in South Addition, an easy walk to downtown Anchorage, Alaska. A respite away from home, a place you will look forward to returning after a day of adventure or work.

Cedar Alley is a two bedroom, one bathroom cottage, with off-street parking, a small office, free laundry facilities, a full kitchen, outdoor smoking areas, and a deck with a barbecue grill. The physical address of this cozy cottage is 629 West 13th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501, about 5 blocks due south of the Conoco/Phillips office building. We are located 2 1/2 blocks east of New Sagaya City Market. Fire Island Rustic Bakeshop's downtown location is 10 blocks away at the corner of 7th Avenue and K Street. Both the Glenn Highway headed north, and the Seward Highway headed south are only minutes away. According to some, our neighborhood is one of the most livable not only in Anchorage, but in all of Alaska!

Use Google Maps to find the walking, biking, or driving distance to activities, attractions, and events in the area. For about the same cost as a traditional hotel, you can enjoy the comfort and privacy of a well-appointed residence. We try to have all the comforts of your home, including a spare toothbrush or two, aromatherapy oil diffusers, and other conveniently provided items.
